A goal of the Spatial Query Lab is to develop an integrative framework to advance geospatial science awareness, engagement, and education, highlighting the synergy between teaching, education, outreach, and research efforts. This integrative framework can bridge traditional divides (or islands), enhance educational outcomes, and foster a more connected academic and professional landscape. By transforming isolated islands of practice into a cohesive, interactive archipelago of discovery and learning, this approach will benefit the College and extend TAMU-CC's impact in the Coastal Bend and geospatial and surveying industries statewide.
